  • Being in hypnosis is natural state of mind. We all go into a hypnotic trance many times during a typical day. For example, when we are driving, we may feel the warmth of the afternoon sun coming in through the window, a gentle breeze maybe, and we are focussed on being safe and of others being safe on the road.

    Maybe our mind feels a focus and relaxation at the same time, but a sharp focus. In this state new ideas arise that we may have not thought of in a normal state of business and distraction. Hypnosis. It’s relaxing and some say it feels wonderful. You may leave feeling like you have had a really deep night’s sleep, but you are fully functional and alert at the same time.

    When you see me, I will help you enter this pleasant state of mind, guide you in removing and discovering some the negative programming that may not be serving you well, and introduce you to ways of thinking, sensing and feeling that will lead you in the direction you want. You will be aware of everything that happens, remember everything (except in rare cases) and have the complete ability to accept or reject any suggestions offered by me during the treatment.

  • Yes, touch is not used in my method of hypnotherapy, it is just as effective as if I were in the room with you. As long as you have somewhere comfortable with a good internet connection, you’ll be absolutely fine.

  • If you feel more comfortable that way, please feel welcome. If there are confidentiality issues with this person, please discuss with me first as there may be a better way to do things.

  • If you really want change, and are able and willing to follow the suggestions, clinical hypnotherapy works in the great majority of cases. In clinical studies hypnotherapy is 80% more effective if each day you involve yourself with the tasks that are suggested. This may be as simple as every time you wash your hands you say some positive words that reflect the treatment or listen to a recording. In fact, hypnosis is a natural state of mind we all enter at various times throughout the day, such as when we’re daydreaming or driving. However, sometimes misconceptions about hypnotherapy can lessen the depth of the treatment.

    That is why during our pre-talk we chat about your experience of hypnotherapy previously or if you’ve never had this experience, then what your ideas or questions may be about it. I can help you determine whether this is right for you during our discovery chat and intake form.

    9. A confirmation email will also be sent with complete details including directions to the clinic you’ve chosen, parking instructions, and your assigned zoom link if preferred.

    10. An email reminder will be sent 48 hours before your appointment. This is your chance to make changes or cancel your appointments to avoid any penalties. You may do so by clicking on the link Change/Cancel Appointment found in the email.

    11. An SMS Reminder will be sent as well the day before your appointment to make sure you don’t miss your booking.

    6. You will advance to your Order Receipt where it will show the package details. You can book your first appointment by clicking the Schedule button. If you prefer to book next time, an email copy of your Order Receipt will be sent as well and you can schedule your appointment from there.

    7. After clicking Schedule, it will direct you to your booking page where you will see the appointments included in your package.

    8. Pick your date and time and click Continue.

    9. You will advance to a confirmation page and you will see your appointment details including the link to zoom meeting if preferred. Make sure to add the appointment to your calendar to avoid missed appointments.

  • To Join Zoom Appointment:

    1. Find your Confirmation Email when you booked in or your Reminder email which you have received 48 hours before your appointment.

    2. Click on your assigned zoom link and it will direct you to your zoom session page.

    3. Make sure to check your appointment date and time

    3. Click Join Meeting Now and Launch the meeting.

  • To reschedule an appointment:

    1. Find your Confirmation Email sent when you booked your appointment.

    2. Make sure you’ve read the terms and conditions before rescheduling your appointment to avoid penalties.

    3. On your email confirmation, click on the button Change/Cancel Appointment.

    4. Pick your new date and time and click Reschedule.

    5. An email will be sent confirming your rescheduled appointment.

    To cancel an appointment:

    1. Find your Confirmation Email sent when you booked your appointment.

    2. Make sure you’ve read the terms and conditions before canceling your appointment to avoid penalties.

    3. On your email confirmation, click on the button Change/Cancel Appointment.

    4. An email will be sent confirming your cancelation.
