Having a happy and healthy relationship with food and with yourself can mean a happy and healthy week ahead. Some say that food is like a religion these days. We are constantly subjected to what we should be eating on many street corners, social’s posts, its everywhere. Being mindful about food and the way that we eat it and enjoy it is more my approach, slowing down and having a more compassionate and kind regard for ourselves. My Hypnotherapy for Weight Loss is a system that helps us understand why we overeat, for example emotional eating. Over-eating and sedentary lifestyle is largely caused by the way we think. I help you to re-set your relationship with food so that you no longer crave “festival” food, food that formerly was kept for special occasions and is now available everywhere we look. The hypnotherapy system (hypnotherapy, CBT, regular phone support and EFT Tapping) I use is validated not only by the Institute of Applied Psychology where I completed my year long diploma, but also by years of research into weight loss.
