Terms and Conditions regarding Missed or Late Cancellation.

Please be aware of the Shine Therapies terms regarding missed appointments or late cancellations.

It is required that you notify us if you are unable to attend your appointment with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

The Shine Therapies refund policy regarding cancellation and rescheduling is as follows:

More than 48 hours before your appointment:
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment via the button in this email without incurring charges.
A refund will be provided if you cancel the appointment with at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellation within 48 hours:
A cancellation fee of $75.00 will apply.

No show:
If you do not notify us at all about your intention to cancel or reschedule, and simply didn't turn up for your appointment, no refund will be provided and your session will be marked as a no-show appointment.
