Hypnotherapy is just one tool that I use to help your conscious and sub-conscious to bring about the long-lasting changes that you are looking for.
I also include talking therapy (I am a qualified Strategic Psychotherapist), breathwork, meditation and needs analysis in our sessions. I do this so that I can design the hypnotherapy wording to best suit the messages that will be make the most difference to you.
All of my sessions can be recorded so that you have access to the hypnotherapy part of our sessions to listen to again and again, to really reinforce the messaging and encouragement being absorbed by your sub-conscious brain.
